Your use of the Site after changes to this Agreement will be deemed your acceptance of the changes.
• Lorithar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes/modifications to the site, alter, limit, or discontinue any aspect, content, or feature of the Site, as well as any aspect pertaining to the use of the Site, at any time without given notice.
• Lorithar retains the rights to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site at any time. Lorithar also retains the right to immediately terminate your use of the Site in the event of any conduct by you breaches this Agreement, or for any conduct by you that Lorithar in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable.
• If you are not satisfied with the site, or do not agree with the provisions in this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the site.

Prohibited Material:

• ideas, characters, stories, or other materials created by someone else without their express written permission
• abusive, threatening, slanderous, defamatory, racist, or obscene material
• scams, cheats, or hacks of any kind
• unsolicited advertisements or links to: any board, forum, website, or service
• materials that are illegal, objectionable, violate any law, violate the rights of any person, or give rise to liability in any way
• personal or private information that might identify another user
• unsolicited advertisements, endorsements, or promotions, including but not limited to, political, religious, social cause nature, or solicitation of funds
• material that Lorithar, in it's sole discretion, deems innappropriate to our site in any way

User Activity and Information on Site

• You will use the Site and any content, material, or information found on the Site solely for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
• You warrant that any material or information that you make available through the Site, including, for example, postings to chat areas and forums, is solely your original work, and/or that you have all necessary rights to make the material available on the Site. You will be solely responsible for the content of any material or information that you make available through the Site. You will also be liable for any damage resulting from making any material or information available through the Site.
• By making any material or information available through the Site,you automatically grant Lorithar perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use said materials (in whole or in part). You recognize that any "moral rights" have been waived and that Lorithar has the right to reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, alter, publish, translate, distribute, and subliscence said materials into any form, without limitation, for perpetuity.

Board Rules

• Posts containing graphic violence and or explicit sex references are not allowed. All such posts will be removed. Posting of such materials can result in administrator/moderator intervention, from a temporary ban, up to account removal. (incurs the wrath of the God-dragon and could cause you to be oblivionated)
• No spam anywhere in Lorithar...definition of Spam in Lorithar is : SPAM : Stupid (or) Pointless (or) Annoying Messages SPAM can result in administrator/moderator intervention as stated above. (...SPAM and risk the wrath of the God-dragon...).
• Practice Basic Nettiquette rules, be polite, and treat others with respect.
• Post messages in clear English using capitalization and punctuation properly, not chatspeak and leetspeak.
  
• Use moderation when posting : Typing in all caps can add emphasis to something : (ex: I DON'T like that) which is alright, or can be considered yelling (ex: I DON"T LIKE THAT!) which is considered rude. Adding extra punctuation can clarify a meaning (ex: I am so excited!!!), or can be SPAM (stupid, pointless and annoying) when overdone (ex: I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) • Make your thread titles meaningful. (Help me!) does not tell folks what you need help with, (Where is the manual?) makes it so folks know what your message is about.
• Read through threads to see if what you are posting is already being discussed. There is no need to have multiple threads on the same topic.
• No posting of prohibited material (as defined above) anywhere on the site.
  

• Alternating caps and lowercase (ex: I aM rEaLlY cOoL!) is considered "chatspeak/leetspeak".
• Using numbers, letters, or characters to replace letters or sounds in a word (ex 1: We R cool :ex 2: W3 ar3 C00l) is "chat/leet".
